DISC Report

This first report measures 4 dimensions of your behavioral style (DISC). They are:
• Decisive — your preference for problem solving and getting results
• Interactive — your preference for interacting with others and showing emotion
• Stability — your preference for pacing, persistence and steadiness
• Cautious — your preference for procedures, standards and protocols -
Thoroughly read through the first report (DISC). The report is self-explanatory.

The second report defines your 7 Dimensions Of Value

The 7 Dimensions Of Value helps you understand why you utilize your talents in the unique way you do. This Values Index clarifies your motivators and drivers and how to maximize your performance by achieving better alignment and passion for what you do.

Thoroughly read through the second report (Values Index). The report is self-explanatory.
13 Values Exercise – This is a SECOND values exercise. From the list of 13 below, you are to pick the values that are most important to you.
13 Values
-Altruism/Helping Society: Doing something to contribute to the betterment of the world. Doing something for the greater good.
-Artistic Creativity: Being able to express creative ideas through the arts.
-Creativity: Create new ideas, programs, things, or anything else not previously developed by another person.
-Helping Others: Being involved in helping other people in a direct way either individually or in a small group.
-Income: Having a level of income that will afford you with luxuries, and which will allow you to become financially independent.
-Independence: Being able to decide on how to get something done without significant direction from someone else.
-Influence: Persuading and influencing others to change their attitudes, behavior, and/or opinions.
-Physical Things: Having the ability to work with equipment or material things.
-Prestige: Gaining the respect of others by the nature and/or level of responsibility of your work.
-Risk Taking: Having duties which involve frequent physical, financial, or social risk taking.
-Stability: Having a routine job where the duties are very predictable and not likely to change over a long period of time.
-Tangible Results: Doing something where you can physically see the results of your work.
-Working Outdoors: Having a job where you can spend a significant amount of time outside.
You need to pick up your TOP 3 values from the list of 13 values.

After absorbing the results contained in both your “DISC Report”, “Value Index” report and your “TOP 3 Values”– go to your “Master List Of Careers & Goals You Love”. If a new career seems like a fit after better understanding your behavioral style and value system add it to your “Master List Of Careers & Goals You Love”. If a career no longer seems like a fit after completing unit- remove it from your “Master List Of Careers & Goals You Love”. Put some real thought into this… I purposely designed this eCourse to take 15-20 days. You can go to the next unit after successfully completing this unit and a certain amount of time has passed. Every day you will complete from 1-3 units and will spend 30-180 minutes. If next unit not available, wait 24 hours and it will be available. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT UNIT FEEDBACK FORM
