REASONS WHY YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL LATER IN LIFE
#1- YOUR COMPETITION DOES NOT WORK ALL THAT HARD.
Recent studies have shown that during a typical 8 hour work day most people work less than 3 hours.
If you are ready for change, it’s not too hard to outshine a 3 hour a day worker.
#2- BECOME A SPECIALIST NOT A GENERALIST
Most people know a little about a lot of things. People that have real impact know a lot about one specific thing. They develop a specific skill that that the world values. Apply this specific skill to solve a problem. Perhaps a problem that is being ignored. If your focus is being a master at one specific skill, its much quicker and easier to ramp up and become a master.
#3- YOUR SKILLS
You are older. This means you have developed a wide variety of skills over the years. Most likely some of these skills can pretty easily transition to a new career or business venture.
#4- SIDE HUSTLE
It is more and more common these days for people to work a full-time job and then have a “side hustle”. Something they really want to do on the side. Over time, you can develop this “side hustle” into a full-time career.
